Soliev Samandar, a second-year student of the Academic Lyceum of Social and Humanitarian Sciences, group 11.24, Fergana State University, was accepted to study at Wabash College, one of the prestigious higher education institutions in the United States, and became the recipient of a grant of $172,000.
